Hi and thank you. I always seem to end up with a heavier than I want dough and yes I have done this and added more liquid too, still too heavy for my taste and my memories of it back as a child. I'm wondering if Rye instead of the wheat would lighten it up? Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? Thank you
