Two thoughts: 1. My mom's Betty Crocker recipe book told a story of how the bread got its name, frustrated old fisherman and his supposedly lazy wife: "Anna, damn her!" 2. Ever tried this with KAF gluten-free all purpose flour? This looks like yummy bread!
