I can't wait to try these recipes now! I've got JT's book but I've never tried his pizza (I'm glad you did first!). I've been using AW's wee book forever. I was very interested to see your comment about WP's pizza. Do try using the bit of caviar! I make a wonderful dip/spread using smoked salmon, cream cheese etc. It's _exactly_ this recipe! I always put a tiny (yes, I'm HomeDepot too) bit of lumpfish (tiny black eggs) caviar in as a garnish. It's AMAZINGLY good. Really makes it special.
