Well, I did it! I used Jeremiah Tower's dough recipe and created two glorious pizzas, one pepperoni and another artichoke and pancetta. I have arthritis in my hands and can't knead dough, but my Zojirushi bread machine was happy to do it for me. Came out perfect and so easy to work with.
