I love to cook, especially breads. My husband and I are type 2 diabetics so I have to find a way to cook with whole wheat. Your White Whole Wheat is great. I use in exact substitute of all purpose flour. So far everything I have made has turned out great, except my biscuits. First they fell apart, and then they didn't rise much. They did taste good. Any suggestions? Here is my list of ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder (Raised from 1 1/4 to 1 3/4) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 dash salt 1 tablespoon white sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 cup buttermilk
