This article is amazing! Thank you so much. I went to make chocolate chip cookies and all bags of my white flour had bugs in it, so I looked online of what would happen if I used freshly ground wheat flour. I added the 2 teas per cup of flour and the cookies turned out fantastic. I am not a good cookie maker at all, ever... so we were all pleasantly surprised.
