Loved the info. Thanks! How about some advice on a cookie pie crust? I had a piece of pie on a senior trip at a small pie factory in Silverton, Oregon and the crust was so good it was cookie like; sweet, flaky, a little crumbly (similar to a sugar cookie). I have tried adding sugar but that did not work. Any advice? Wendy
