When baked and cooled, the parts to be painted were delicately brushed with a thin water and meringue powder mixture. They green sugar was carefully sprinkled on, and let dry. The cookies were then turned over and tapped to remove the extra sugar. It's a labor of love! Happy St Patrick's Day- Laurie@KAF
