Hi Connie, just because the flour is stone ground doesn't mean it will necessarily have a gritty texture. Some of our White Whole Wheat Flour is stone ground, and it has quite a pleasant texture. Try using your flour in place of the White Whole Wheat Flour in any of these tasty recipes. Try to choose recipes that also use at least half all-purpose flour to offset some of the whole wheat flavor. Kye@KAF
