What if it's by weight? Is it the same one for one substitution?
Example: if a recipe calls for 8oz AP flour, I'd use 4oz AP flour and 4oz white whole wheat flour?
Also, what if it's whole wheat pastry flour that I'd like to use? Do I substitute one for one in weight and volume as well - 4oz AP and 4oz whole wheat pastry?
