I was very happy to see this posting. It has much information I was looking for. I bake a variety of different breads and your Harvest Grains Bread is one of my favorites. Being in the process of converting as many bread recipes as possible to 100% whole grain I would appreciate it if you could inform me as to what modifications I would need to make to convert the recipe to 100% whole wheat flour.
