Could you clarify please what flours were used? In your post you say you used "100% all-purpose flour; 50% all-purpose and 50% white whole wheat; and 100% white whole wheat flour" right above the English Muffin Toasting Bread, but then the rest of the post refers to 100% whole wheat. It's a little confusing... Thank you!
