Pat, we had those English muffin "pizzas," too - my husband's family called them "pizzettes." Exotic for the day, indeed. And I remember those Swanson dinners in the aluminum tray - no microwave, of course. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, that corn, and some kind of apple crisp.
