I've been baking & cooking with my kids for a while now. I wish I had been able to start earlier with my step-son. I like the fact that most of them are old enough they can cook dinner during the week now. I know they love going into school with cookies (or cake balls) they've made and proudly announce that they made them. I loved baking and cooking with my mom growing up and I'm glad I'm able to pass on the experience with my kids. Now if only I can teach them to clean up after themselves.
