thanks for all the wonderful ideas for using KAF parchment paper. I am gluten free and use it to roll out my pastry dough and then to place it in the pie or tart dish - easy. I also use it to form and bake my GF bread in the pan without having to use the expensive GF flour mix as in grease and flour the pan to make taking the bread out easier.
