My two favorite and most-used tools in my kitchen are pre-cut parchment (half-sheet and 8" rounds) and my digital scale. The parchment from KAF is divine. Just the thought of dealing with rolls of parchment makes me wince. Pre-cut from KAF is worth the money for sure.
