I used to buy rolls of parchment in the grocery store, but didn't use it as much due to rolling and having to cut out the correct size. Since I discovered KAF's parchment sheets, I am a very happy baker and it is something I do not want to do without anymore. I always buy when there is free shipping and have even given a packages as gifts to fellow bakers. I tell them that there is no going back after using this paper and it is true.
