I always use parchment ,but never thought of it as drawer liner. Perfect. My favorite is for wrapping cheese. just before wrapping it in foil or cling wrap. It traps the moisture that causes mold on large Parm wedges that are pricey, and keeps higher mosture cheese like cheddar from sweating. Thanks for tips.
