If you can find one that is the correct size, what about a bottle coozie, like they have for drinks? It might slow down the cooling. One other thought, they have the hand warmers you put in gloves to keep your hands warm. I would think one or 2 of those wrapped around your bottle and held with tape or an ACE bandage would keep things warm.
