I've tried the re-dipping route myself, and it always looks a little worse than better to me. A little drizzle of milk or white chocolate or sprinkle of crushed mint candies may help dress them up a bit. If you try new batches, start with more chocolate than you think you'll need, it's much easier to keep it liquid and make coating easier. You can also try a few in the fridge rather than the freezer before dipping the whole batch to see which method gives you the smoothest coating. Hope that helps.
