I heated my chocolate and then seeded it with more chocolate, brought it down then back up to 90 but the pieces I made still have bloom on them, I don’t know what else to do. Is there a way to save the rest and put it in temper. I hate adding more chocolate if it won’t work? Does the bloom indicate I can’t use it for tempered chocolate.
