The picture at the top right of this blog showing the chocolate dripping into the bowl. What is the item that chocolate is dripping out of called? Also, when trying to dip bananas the chocolate keeps stiffening up and it won’t melt smoothly again. Using semi-sweet choc could that be the problem? And the recipe calls for the bananas to be slightly frozen?
