Hi Hannah. If the baking chocolate is coming in bar form that means it's already tempered, so it is possible to temper it again. It isn't something we've done and we were unable to find resources online giving recommended temperatures so it could take some trial and error. What we were able to find online is that it's a difficult process and will likely take some experimentation. Annabelle@KAF
