I have a bag of chocolate fondue disk, I melt chocolate using chocolate melting pot and seeding method. The thing is, the silky shiny chocolate liquid never harden at room temperature (28-32 C). So I put them in mould, refrigerated for 30 minutes, yep it hardened but once I bring out to room temperature, it melts!
The ingredients at the back of the bag:
Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Full cream milk powder, Lecithin (E322), Vanillin.
