I made garlic-herb pretzel bites with cheese sauce for my Christmas open house and they were a huge hit! It took forever to boil them all so I love the idea of just soaking them. I'm going to have to try that next time. To make the garlic-herb version, I added a few minced garlic cloves and some fresh herbs. They were SO good.
