Thanks for giving all the details and test results for different ideas for the scone mixes! A friend gifted me with a couple mixes, and I thought what in the world do people do with mixes? I pick up my KA flour, and start measuring out ingredients. Moving day is tomorrow, and I wanted to make up some muffins for volunteers, not scones.
