Can I make scones with your mixes or recipes by adding vegetable oil to the wet ingredients instead of cutting butter into the flour/dry mix? I tried that with your blueberry scone recipe. However, I had to add 1/2 C. milk to the dough to make it reasonably moist enough. Scones came out ok but recipe needs improvement. Your recipe doesn’t include any liquid for some reason. Thanks!
