Hi Sam, you'll want to lightly grease your new ceramic scone pan and baking time should be about the same as the time listed in the recipe or mix. Look for a light golden brown color and firm center. If your scone mix calls for butter and milk, adding heavy cream in place of the milk may make for a heavier, richer scone, but it should still work fine.
