I've been staring at my last box of King Arthur scone mix and thought why not? So I followed the quick bread recipe and it turned out great. Too hot to cut yet, but looks amazing. I did add extra cranberries and a bit of pecans I had left from another recipe just to use them up. I put sparkling sugar 2 TBL on top with some oatmeal mixed in for a topping. Looks yummy. Wish I could post a picture.
