Kalisa, we're totally on the same wavelength. So often when looking at a boxed mix, the list of ingredients (beyond the recognizable flour, sugar, salt) is daunting; we really strive for "clean labels" for our mixes. They're a nice convenience, as you say - having everything measured, especially when you know the ingredients are top-notch. As for the "biscuit-maker's touch" - I envy you!
