Hi Julie, we appreciate your concern regarding heavy metals in your ingredients. As stated above, our products all have to test at or below a level of "trace" to be acceptable to sell. Per the FDA, "trace" means the result was between the smallest amount we could detect and the smallest amount we could measure accurately. This product does comply with California's standards, as well as Federal.
