Hi Or! Thanks so much for reaching out about this, you're right our original response was incorrect, we've just updated it. We weigh cocoa at 84 grams per cup, which would make for just under 5 1/2 cups of cocoa in a pound. You can find more of our ingredient weights on our Ingredient Weight Chart.
