Hi, Jacqui! Assuming that you're using Ghirardelli's natural cocoa rather than their sweet cocoa (which is Dutch processed), a 50/50 blend will probably work just fine. If you haven't yet, though, you might want to try the recipe once as written first, though, since it's probably designed to highlight the flavor of a natural cocoa and will taste a bit different than intended using your blend.
