I am wanting to make Momofuku chocolate chocolate cookies
It uses 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda
And it just says cocoa powder, preferably valhora
I don’t have that available
Is it a Dutch process cocoA or natural?
Or what do I use in place of it, a Dutch process cocoa, I have Kirkland’s Dutch process or do I use a natural unsweet cocoa powder. I want to use what she calls for I just did not know if it was Dutch or natural. Thank you
