Without some background information about what you're going to be using the cocoa for — for example, are you trying to make a vanilla or yellow cake, chocolate — it can be hard to say. Technically you could take the 100 grams of cocoa and very slowly add some water to it a teaspoon at a time until it just becomes a paste.
