I am an American currently living in Kenya and have been buying natural Cacao. I've not been able to find much information about how to use it in recipes... I have only learned that using it on a 1:1 ratio gives a VERY strong, almost overwhelming flavor. I would appreciate any information you could give me! Thanks so much!
