I've struggled with whole wheat bread, but last night I was out of all-purpose flour. I tried this recipe, and it turned out beautifully. This is the first whole wheat loaf I've made that wasn't heavy as a brick. Delicious! Huzzah, Marc! Glad it worked well for you - another recipe to add to your "favorites" list... PJH
