I make our whole wheat sandwich bread every week. I love trying different recipes. I can't believe i haven't already tried this one. I'm going to this week! I have one question though. I like using butter instead of oil. What will it do to the bread if I make that substitution? Thanks! You can use butter in this recipe-use an equal amount. I think the butter will give is a slightly richer flavor. JMD@KAF
