Boy I wish I lived close to you to go to one of your bread making classes. I only have made bread either by buying the fozen dough or in a bread machine ( I only used it for the making and kneeding part, than baked it in the oven) but I don't have a bread machine and have never done it by hand. Do you have an easy white flour recipe? Something easy for a first timer? Kimberly, here are a couple of easy white flour recipes. You'll do fine with them - so long as you use the flour called for. Substituting other flours isn't a good idea, as these recipes were written specifically for King Arthur Flour. Try English Muffin Toasting Bread, and Blitz Bread. Best of luck - PJH
