I've made bread off and on many times through the years. My loaves never rise as much as in the picture. I always get flat, frustrating loaves. Still, I can't wait to try this recipe. Bob, if you follow this recipe EXACTLY, and don't substitute alternate ingredients, I think you'll get the high-rising loaf you're looking for. Good luck - PJH
