Can I substitute real milk for the powdered? I live in The Netherlands and I can't say I've ever seen the stuff here.. Use liquid milk for part of the water in the recipe (1/4 C.). Be sure to heat, then cool, the milk first to deactivate protease - the enzyme yeast isn't so friendly with! Irene @ KAF
