How does this one differ from the 100% whole wheat sandwich bread (the one with the orange juice)? I've made that one before and I loved it. The sandwich bread recipe you cite is a guaranteed recipe, that includes orange juice (this tempers the taste of the whole wheat), milk, potato, and butter. You must love it because it is a moist, easy to slice wheat bread that can make great sandwiches, toast or all things yeast bread slices. This recipe features fewer ingredients and still great results! Irene @ KAF
