This bread is great. I made it quite a few times last winter. I had problems making bread in the past ,but each time I made this recipe it was wonderful. It has a great taste and slices beautifully. I'm looking forward to the cool weather to start baking again. I'm with you, Donna. I think this has been the hottest summer I ever remember... Of course, as soon as the snow flies we'll be missing it! But at least the oven will be lit again, right? :) PJH
