What a beautiful loaf of bread! There are few things more satisfying that bringing a successfully baked loaf of bread out of the oven. (I say successfully baked because I have made my share of 1" tall bricks!) This recipe is very cooperative and reliable, Kristen. And I agree about pulling a perfect loaf out of the oven. Ahhh..... :) PJH
