Thank you for mentioning the added sugar (honey) content. I'd be interested in knowing how much you would recommend reducing the honey in the recipe and still have the finished bread taste great--without it being overly sweet? I will probably cut back 25% when I bake tomorrow -- I'm sure it will be fine -- but thought I'd ask!
