I was hoping to ask a question. has anyone made a stripped-down version of this recipe where you just use, flour, water, yeast, and salt? if so are you able to get the same rise? I use the above ingredients but struggle with getting a solid rise from my dough. does anyone know if any of the added ingredients add to the rise of this loaf?
