You mention measuring ingredients by weight, but you don’t give the measurements that way. I would prefer weight measurements. I know some people don’t, but since I have been doing that I have had better results with everything. I hope you consider doing that. I know it would be a huge pain. Scales are worth every penny and not that expensive.
