Me too! I fold a terry hand towel (like you'd hang in the towel ring in the bathroom) twice so there are four layers; place it on the turntable; place a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup of water on it and heat for 5 minutes, or until the closed microwave door window feels warm to touch from outside, even looks a little steamy. Put your dough in a see-through glass bowl of any tint, and cover with plastic wrap. Open the door, put the hot water in the very back, in the corner (in my microwave that means it's balanced on the rim of the turntable), place the bowl on the towel in the center, and close the door. To check how your dough is doing, barely press the door button so that it lights up inside, but the door is still closed and the heat doesn't escape, and you can see through to your glass bowl. If you need to open the door further (for example, if your bowl is solid, not clear), that's okay too. And the neat thing is that if it cools off in there (it's never happened to me) you just take the bowl out, heat up the water again and put it back in the far corner again, put your dough back on the warm towel, and close the door again! It's always worked for me. Glad to see someone else does it! High-five! :)
