Hello! I did put it in the loaf pan and let it go through the final rise covered with plastic wrap… and I’ve also tried new yeast and the texture is still a little dense. So I’m not 100% sure what’s happening… maybe not baking it long enough? Even though I bake it for the recommended time and when I test the temp, it’s the temp listed. Maybe it’s my flour? I do use KAF… so not sure. Thanks!
