This is the most perfect whole wheat bread I've ever made. It's easy to put together in the mixer, rises beautifully and bakes to perfection. I appreciate your hints about stickiness; I have a tendency to add too much flour at times. You know what tastes wonderful? A teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on a piece of whole wheat toast.
